It starts with the Cooper, ensuring that the barrels are perfect for aging a great bourbon. The ingredients used are hand selected and careful inspected. The distillation process occurs only in small batches so that it can be carefully monitored.
Amber color. Aromas of bit o honey, maple syrup, butter pecan ice cream, and butterscotch-drizzled bananas with an oily, bright, very sweet medium body and a tingling, engaging, medium-length candied peanuts, candy corn, challah French toast, and black tea finish. A very sweet, nutty whiskey that will make for fun shooters or cocktails.
